The One Stop Shop Client Portal provides a secure environment for MBS clients to view their enrolled participants and health & welfare plan coverages as well as perform any function related to the administration of our programs.
The One Stop Shop Portal offers the following:
- Secure platform for health & welfare programs
- Eligibility and enrollment management
- Health & welfare plan administration
- Client support through service tickets
- Library with program documentation, communications, and consolidated invoices
- Employer annual open enrollment election process for the health & welfare plans
- Employee confirmation statements
For Members
The One Stop Shop Member Portal is a secure portal that provides access to eligible employees of those MBS employers offering the online election option. During the annual Open Enrollment period, these members have access to offered benefit programs, including:
- Personal Information
- Dependent Information
- Current Coverages
- Benefit Program Resources
- Annual Open Enrollment Election Process
The One Stop Shop Member Portal is not available until Open Enrollment in the fall. If you have any changes to your current coverage or any questions, please contact your Employer as soon as possible.
