Employee Assistance Program

Municipal Benefits Service is pleased to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all municipal employers who participate in one of the MBS benefit programs. The EAP is provided at no cost to you and is a full-service program giving you access to professional counselors for assistance with personal, family, and work problems. The program provides you with up to three face-to-face counseling sessions and unlimited phone consultation for dealing with child care, elder care, stress, depression, financial and legal concerns, grief and loss, identity theft, etc. The EAP also provides support, guidance, and resources for managers to address human resource matters, troubled members, productivity issues, and stressful incidents.
