Municipal Benefits Services (“MBS”) is a multiple employer group insurance trust specializing in the unique needs of municipalities, authorities, and councils of government throughout Pennsylvania. The MBS benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, and retiree benefits programs. We can accommodate any size client, including one or more employees, since we aggregate all our clients together as though we were one large employer group. Employers have the flexibility to choose from the standard plan designs or a custom plan for those with more than 25 eligible employees. The MBS Trust provides self-insured medical and dental benefits as well as medical stop loss insurance that protects against high claims. MBS offers a wide array of ancillary benefits including employee assistance programs, wellness programs, and health advocacy programs at no cost to our members.
Through the MBS Trust, we are able to provide group insurance benefits at the lowest possible cost to our clients, regardless of the size of the group.
