MBS offers wellness screenings at NO COST to MBS members participating in the MBS Medical Program.
Current Wellness Screenings are available for employees and spouses and include:
- Basic Wellness Profile:
- Chemistry Panel
- Lipid Profile
- Blood Glucose
- CBC (Complete Blood Count)
- Blood Pressure
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
Optional screenings are available at discounted rates:

- Thyroid
- C-Reactive Protein
- Hemoglobin A1c
- Vitamin D
- PSA (Prostate-specific antigen)
On-site flu vaccines are also available at discounted rates.
MBS members may choose from the following options for performing the health screenings.

- Physician’s Office
- The on-site Wellness Screenings participation is included as one of the factors that determine allocations to members’ Rate Mitigation Account.
